You can cancel or pause your Koast subscription at any time by contacting our support team through live chat or by emailing [email protected].
You can also manage your subscription yourself at any time by logging into your Koast account and updating your billing settings.
To do this, navigate to Settings > Billing. Here you can do the following:
Change Plan: Here you can switch between Agency Monthly and Agency Annual plans.
Update payment method: Here, you can update your payment card.
Cancel Subscription: Scroll to the bottom of the tab and click the Cancel Subscription button. Please note that if you cancel a subscription on a grandfathered plan, you won’t be able to reactivate it later. Instead, only the currently available plans will be offered.
If you have canceled your plan but still have time remaining on your current subscription and changed your mind, you can undo the cancellation by clicking the Stop Change button in this section.
This will effectively reverse the cancellation of your Koast.ai subscription 🙌
