How to Manage My Subscription

You can cancel or freeze your Koast subscription at any time by speaking with a live agent via chat support or creating a support ticket by sending an email to [email protected].

For full self-service, you may also log into your Koast account and manage billing under your account settings at any time.

To do this, navigate to Settings in the top right corner (gear wheel icon) and select the billing tab. Here you can do the the following:

  • Change Plan: Here you can switch between Pro and Agency plans. Both subscriptions can be billed on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Update Billing: Here you can update your payment card.

  • Cancel Subscription: To cancel your current Koast.ai subscription. Note that if you are using a grandfathered plan, after cancelation you won't be able to get this pricing should you decide to reactivate your account later on.



If you have canceled your plan but still have remaining time on your current subscription and have since changed your mind, you can reverse the cancellation by clicking the "Stop Change" button in this section.



This will effectively reverse the cancelation of your Koast.ai subscription 🙌
