Sign in

1. Go to the login page.

2. Type your Email and Password. Login stays disabled until both are filled in and the email looks valid.

3. Select Login. Or select Google or Facebook to sign in with that account instead.

Signing in with Facebook also connects your Meta ad accounts, so onboarding skips the connect step.

New here? Sign up on the login page takes you to checkout. Your account is created once you've paid, and that includes signing up with Google or Facebook.

Reset your password

1. On the login page, select Forgot password.

2. Type your Email and select Send reset code.

3. Open the email Your Koast verification code.

4. Enter the Verification code, your New password and Confirm new password, then select Change password.

Koast takes you back to the login page. No code? Select Resend to get a new one.

Finish onboarding

Onboarding connects your ad accounts. Owners and Admins are taken to it when they sign in, until they've finished it or skipped it. Everyone else goes straight into Koast. The steps are in the Quickstart.

If you skipped onboarding and have no ad account connected yet, the sidebar shows a Finish onboarding card: "Connect Meta to pull in your ad accounts, creative and campaigns." Select Continue to go back to onboarding. The close button hides the card in that browser.

Good to know

• Temporary passwords. New accounts and invited teammates get a Set your Koast password email. Its button opens the login page with the temporary password filled in, where you choose your own and select Confirm Account.
• Signed out unexpectedly? Koast shows "Session expired. Please log in again." Sign in again.
• Use the same login you paid with. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, sign in the same way.
