Connect Slack once per brand and pick a channel. Koast then posts daily campaign updates there, and your Agent Tasks and Pipeline columns can post to it too.

Before you start

• You need access to Koast's integration settings. If you don't see the Slack tab, ask your Owner or an Admin.
• You need permission to add apps to your Slack workspace.
• Check the brand switcher. The connection belongs to the brand you're in.

Connect Slack

1. Open Settings, then Slack under Integrations.

2. Select Connect Slack and allow Koast in Slack.

3. Back in Koast, pick a Notification Channel.

4. Set the Default Update Timeframe: Today, Yesterday, Last 3 days, Last 7 days or Since launch. It's the period each daily update covers, and starts on Yesterday.

5. Set the Default Timezone. Daily updates are sent in this timezone.

6. Under Test notification, select Send Test and check the message arrives in your channel.

What posts to Slack

Good to know

• Private channels need the bot. Koast only posts to a private channel after you invite its bot there with Slack's /invite command. Until then the channel shows Bot not invited in the list and you can't pick it.
• One brand at a time. The Slack connection is stored on the brand you're in, so connect it again on each brand you want updates for.
• Disconnecting stops every automated Slack message for this brand, and pauses the daily updates on each of its campaigns. Select Disconnect under Disconnect integration. You can reconnect at any time.
