Team activity and login history
See what your teammates have launched and uploaded, who's active, and when each one signed in.
Owners and Admins can see what the team is shipping and who's signing in, all from the Organization settings.
Before you start
- You need to be the Owner or an Admin.
See team activity
Open Settings, then Organization.
Select the Team Activity tab.
Pick a period: 7D, 14D, 30D or MAX. It opens on 30D.

|---|---|
| Top tiles | ADS LAUNCHED, CREATIVES UPLOADED, CAMPAIGNS CREATED and ACTIVE TEAMMATES in the period. |
| Charts | Ads launched and Creative uploads over time. |
| Team tiles | TEAMMATES, MEDIA BUYERS, CONTENT MANAGERS and CONNECTED AD ACCOUNTS. |
| Metrics by User | One row per teammate, sortable on every column: Teammate, Role, Ads launched, Creatives uploaded, Campaigns and Last login. |
See login history
In Settings, Organization, select the Login History tab.
Pick a period, and type a name in Filter by teammate… to narrow the list.
Select Load more to go further back.
Each row is one sign-in, newest first, with the Timestamp and the Teammate.
Export login history
Select the download icon (Export CSV) at the top of Login History. Koast downloads a CSV of the sign-ins for the period you picked.
