Activity feed and campaign activity
See who changed what, and when, across your account and on each campaign.
Koast keeps two activity logs: the Activity Feed for everything happening across your workspace, and the Activity tab on each campaign for the changes made to it.
The Activity Feed
Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Activity.
The Activity Feed opens on the side. Switch between All Activity, Launching and Automations.
Each entry says who did what, for example "Leo Park created a new automation named Spend guard · Vela US-1", or that an automation has been triggered or failed and why. Launches from your team appear under Launching; task runs appear under Automations.
The Activity item only shows for roles with access to history.
A campaign's activity
Open the campaign in the builder and select the Activity tab.
Narrow the list with the filters: Campaign (starts on All Campaigns), User (All Users) and Type (All Types), such as budget, status, creative, copy, settings, structure or delete. Reset Filters clears them.
Each row reads as a sentence, such as who changed a budget, with the time on the right. For a settings change, hover the info icon to see the Before: and After: values.
Good to know
- Changes Koast Agent makes to a campaign are logged too, and the agent reads your team's activity when you ask what changed.
