What you can ask for
The jobs the Koast tools cover, so you know what's worth asking your assistant to do.
You don't call tools by name. Ask in plain words and the assistant picks. This page is what's covered, so you know what's worth asking.
Reading and reporting
Which ad accounts you can reach, your Koast batches, campaigns live in the account, the structure of a batch, totals at campaign, ad set or ad level, an account wide rollup, per day series for trends, creative fatigue for an ad, delivery and review status, who changed what and when, and the account's naming convention.
Good asks: "How did last week compare to the week before?" "Which ads are fatiguing?" "Why is this ad not delivering?"
Building a launch
Create a batch, add the campaign, add ad sets, add up to 100 ads in one go, rename and remove nodes, duplicate a node or duplicate it while varying one setting, spread one creative across many ad sets, and pull existing campaigns in from the ad platform.
Good asks: "Build me a batch with three ad sets testing these hooks." "Duplicate that ad set and vary the audience."
Settings
Read the valid settings for a section, read current values across many nodes at once, and write them. Sections cover budget, targeting, schedule, placements, optimization, links, assets, conversion, enhancements, naming and ad category.
Good asks: "Set the daily budget on those three ad sets to 50." "What targeting is on this ad set?"
Copy and creative
Generate copy, read existing copy, swap creatives, attach a lead form and list the lead forms on a page.
Live campaigns
Edit budgets, schedules, statuses and targeting on campaigns that are already running. Changes go through the same validation as the app.
Publishing
Putting a batch live. Requires Publish access and a publish limit. See Access, publish limits and what gets filtered.
Ask for the outcome, not the tool
"Pause everything over 40 dollars CPA" works better than naming a tool. The assistant resolves ids, reads what it needs and tells you what it changed.
