Hyros
Connect Hyros and see its attribution next to your Meta campaigns, ad sets and ads in Ads Manager and in Agent Tasks.
Connect Hyros and its attribution shows up next to your Meta campaigns, ad sets and ads: as columns in Ads Manager and as metrics your Agent Tasks can act on. There's no API key to copy. You approve Koast in Hyros and come straight back.
Before you start
- You need a Hyros account you can approve apps on.
- The active ad account in Koast must be a Meta ad account. Hyros attributes against your Meta ads, so without one there's nothing to match.
- You need access to integrations in Koast. Integrations are set per ad account, so connect Hyros while the right ad account is active.
Connect Hyros
Open Settings and select Your integrations.
Under All integrations, select Hyros in Attribution. Hyros opens in a new tab.
Approve Koast in Hyros.
You're sent back to Koast. If you have more than one brand, Koast asks "Which brand should this Hyros account be connected to?" Pick the one this Hyros account tracks.
When it's done, you'll see "Hyros is connected." with Go to dashboard. Koast starts fetching your last 30 days of Hyros attribution right away.
Hyros now has its own entry under Your integrations in Settings. Its page shows:
- Attribution Settings:
- Attribution model is the model the Hyros numbers report on: Last source (the default), First source or Scientific. Changing it fetches the last 30 days again under the new model. Days before that show no Hyros data.
- Timezone is the time zone Hyros days are counted in. When your ad account has one, Koast uses it and shows "From your ad account." When it doesn't, you'll see "Your ad account has no time zone. Pick the one your Hyros account uses." Pick it, and Koast fetches recent days again in that time zone.
- Data refresh is Daily.
- Data Status: for example "1,284 ad-set days stored." Until the first days are stored, it says it's waiting for them.
See Hyros in Ads Manager
Open Ads Manager and select Columns above the grid.
Under Hyros, tick the columns you want: Purchases, Revenue, Cost, ROAS, ROI, Leads, Cost per Lead, Booked Calls and Cost per Booked Call.
The numbers show on campaign, ad set and ad rows, for any date range, custom ranges included. If Hyros didn't collect leads for part of the range, Leads and Cost per Lead show a dash with the note "Hyros leads were not collected for part of this range".
The same columns are in the All Accounts view for every ad account with Hyros connected, in the Columns menu of the Portfolio on Home, and under Manage Columns in the campaign builder's table.
Use Hyros in Agent Tasks
In a Monitor rule, pick a Hyros metric to watch: Purchases, Revenue, Cost, CPA, ROAS, ROI or AOV. The Hyros group is marked Beta in the metric picker. Hyros rules check campaigns and ad sets, not ads, and use the attribution model you picked. See Monitor rules reference.
Good to know
- Recent days keep changing. Hyros redistributes attribution after the fact. Koast refreshes today and yesterday every hour, and every night at 4:30 UTC it fetches recent days again. Yesterday's numbers can still move.
- Today means today in your Hyros time zone. Date presets such as Today and Yesterday follow the Timezone on the Hyros page.
- If Hyros stops syncing, the page says "Hyros rejected the stored key. Reconnect to continue syncing." Select Reconnect and approve Koast again.
- Reconnecting leaves the old key in Hyros. Each connection creates a new Koast key in your Hyros account. After a reconnect, the Hyros page lists the earlier ones under Older Koast keys in Hyros. Koast no longer uses them, so you can delete them: Open Hyros API keys takes you to the right page in Hyros.
Disconnect Hyros
In Settings, select Hyros under Your integrations. Select Disconnect under "Disconnect integration" and confirm. Koast stops fetching attribution from Hyros. Data already stored stays readable, but anything that uses Hyros data stops working until you reconnect.
Disconnecting doesn't delete Koast's key from your Hyros account. The confirmation names the key, so you can delete it in Hyros under Settings, API keys.
