Ads Manager lists every campaign in the current ad account, live and draft, with its numbers. Use it to check performance, turn things on and off, change budgets and open a campaign in the builder.

The header

• Search with the Search campaigns box, or press / to jump to it.
• Dates: pick Today, Yesterday, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, This Week (Sun-Today), Last Week (Sun-Sat), This Month, Last Month or Maximum, or Custom… for your own range.
• + New Campaign opens the campaign chooser. Its arrow menu goes straight to Create new campaign, Clone, Import or Build with Koast Agent. See Start a campaign.

The summary cards

Five cards sit above the table: Active Campaigns, Total Spend, Total Results, Total Clicks and Impressions. To show something else, click a card's name and pick another metric, such as CTR, Cost per Result or CPM. A metric already on another card can't be picked twice. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

The table

• Tabs: All, Active, Paused and Drafts.
• Rows: each campaign has an on/off toggle and expands to show its ad sets and ads.
• Columns: Budget, Spend, CPA, ROAS, CTR and Results by default. Select Columns to add per-action columns: Adds to Cart, Leads, Initiate Checkout, Purchases, Link Clicks and Landing Page Views, each with its cost-per column.
• Trackers: with Cometly connected you can add its Conversions, Revenue, AOV, CPA and ROAS; with Hyros, its Sales, Revenue, Cost, ROAS and ROI.
• Refresh reloads the numbers.

Change several campaigns at once

1. Tick the campaigns you want to change.

2. Select Bulk Actions.

3. Pick Turn On, Turn Off, Update Budgets or Delete Drafts. Turn On, Turn Off and Delete Drafts each show how many of your selected rows they apply to.

Update Budgets works only when every selected row is a live campaign with its own campaign budget, and no drafts are selected. Enter the new budget and select Update.

Open a campaign

Click a campaign to open it in the builder. A draft opens as it is. A live campaign opens in its existing Koast draft, or, if there isn't one yet, Koast imports it first and opens it. See Edit a live campaign.

All Accounts

In All Accounts, Ads Manager groups campaigns by ad account, with the same cards, dates and table. Search with Search accounts or campaigns.

Good to know

• View Only teammates can read the table, but + New Campaign and Duplicate Campaign are hidden and Koast refuses any other change they try to make.
• The Cometly and Hyros column groups only appear once that tracker is connected.
• On a Koast ad account through Whop there are no per-action columns, because Whop doesn't report a breakdown by action. Duplicate Campaign isn't available either, and a budget has to be at least $5.00.
