Every conversation with the agent is saved as a chat. You can find, rename, pin, archive and delete chats from the sidebar or from the agent panel.

In the sidebar

Your recent chats are listed under Koast Agent in the sidebar.

• New chat: select the + button next to the heading (New chat).
• Sort and filter: select the filter button (Filter chats). Under Sort by, pick Recency, Created time or Alphabetically. Turn on Show archived to include archived chats.
• One chat: hover a chat and open its menu (Chat options) to Rename, Pin, Archive or Delete it. Pinned and archived chats show Unpin and Unarchive instead.

In the agent panel

• Rename: click the chat's title at the top of the panel and type a new one.
• Chat options: the menu next to the title has Rename, Archive and Delete.
• Chat history: select Chat history to see every chat grouped into Pinned, Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days and Older, with archived chats in their own section. Use Search chats... to find one. Each chat there has the same menu as in the sidebar, including Pin.
• New chat: select New chat.
• Hide the panel: select Collapse agent.

Long chats

As a chat grows, a small Context usage ring appears in the panel. Long conversations compress themselves: older messages are summarised so the agent keeps working. To start the same chat over, open the ring and select Reset chat, then confirm with Reset. That clears all its messages.

Good to know

• Delete is immediate. There's no confirmation and no undo. Archive a chat instead if you might want it later.
• Chats are yours. Your teammates don't see them.
