Koast Agent is the assistant built into Koast. Ask it in plain words about your campaigns and it reads your numbers, writes reports, builds drafts, launches when you say so and sets up Agent Tasks that keep working when you're away.

Where you'll find it

• Home. Type in the composer, or click one of the report chips under it. Sending opens the full-page agent at /agent with your message in a new chat.
• The side panel. The agent opens docked on the right of the screen by default, so you can keep working while it builds. It also has a full page at /agent.
• The command palette. Press ⌘K and choose Ask Agent anything..., or Create campaign with Koast Agent.
• The campaign builder. Select Open Koast Agent in the header.
• Starting a campaign. In the new campaign chooser, pick Launch with AI. In Ads Manager, open the + New Campaign menu and pick Build with Koast Agent.
• Structure templates. The template builder has a Koast Agent button.

Agent mode and Plan mode

Pick a mode from the dropdown next to the send button.

Next to it, the Fast toggle turns fast mode on or off. It's on by default and remembered in your browser. See what the agent does on its own for the full list of what it changes and what it confirms first.

How a conversation works

• It asks when it's unsure. If a request could mean two different things, the agent asks before doing any work. The options appear as clickable choices. Pick one, or choose Other and type your own answer.
• It suggests next steps. After an answer you often get up to 3 suggested follow-ups. Click one to send it.
• It checks its own work. After it changes something, it runs a read-only check. You see Verifying changes…, then Changes verified.
• It reports failures plainly. If part of a change failed or was skipped, it says which part.

What it remembers

The agent keeps a small, structured memory, never free-form notes:

• About you: the name you prefer, your tone (terse, detailed or neutral), report format (tables, paragraphs or bullets) and timezone. Tell it "be terse" or "use tables" and it remembers.
• About each ad account: its naming convention, objective, funnel stage and primary KPI. If that memory is old, the agent re-checks it against your current campaigns before relying on it.

It doesn't use memory to decide which campaign or account you mean. That always comes from the conversation.

Good to know

• The agent works on ad campaigns only. It declines unrelated tasks like writing code.
• View Only teammates can't chat with the agent. Koast rejects any message they send, unless that person is also an organization admin.
