The creative library
Upload, organize and find the images and videos you use in your ads.
Creatives is your library of images and videos. Upload them once, keep them in folders, and pick them whenever you build ads.
Find your way around
Open Creatives in the sidebar. At the top, the Creatives and Pipeline switch moves between your library and the Pipeline board.

| Search | Type in Search creatives to filter by name. Press / to jump to it. Inside a folder it searches that folder. |
| View menu | Under Show, pick All Creatives, Folders, Images, Videos or Imported. Under Per page, pick 10, 20, 50 or 100. |
| New Folder | Creates a folder. Name it in Create New Folder. |
| Add Creatives | Upload New Creative, Upload Folder, Import from Google Drive, Import from Dropbox or Import from Frame.io. |
Imported shows creatives brought in from Google Drive, Dropbox and Frame.io, and those pulled from your connected ad account.
Upload creatives
Open Add Creatives and pick Upload New Creative for files, or Upload Folder for a whole folder.
Or drag files or folders anywhere onto the library and drop them.
Images show up straight away. Videos are processed first and appear when they're ready.
You can upload PNG, JPG, GIF and WebP images and MP4 and MOV videos. A folder upload or a drag and drop can hold up to 500 files and 2GB in total. Koast refuses a file your ad account can't use at upload, not later at launch. See Creative formats and limits.

Select and organize
Click a creative to select it. Shift-click selects a range, ⌘-click (Ctrl-click on Windows) adds or removes one, and you can drag a box around several. The action bar then offers:

| Rename | Renames one creative or folder. |
| Move | Moves the selection to a folder. Pick it in Select Destination Folder, or create one there. |
| Delete | Deletes the selection. |
| Remove from Folder | Inside a folder only. Takes the selection out of the folder. |
| Show Details | For one creative: its name, type, dates, format, size, and for videos the dimensions and duration. |
| Manage Placements | For one creative: add versions for feeds, stories and reels, and search results. See Placement-specific creatives. |
| Suggest Grouping | For 2 or more creatives: finds files that look like versions of the same creative for different placements, and offers to combine them into one. |
| Generate Ads | Writes ads for the selection and walks you through launching them. See Launch from the Creatives page. |
Good to know
- The library belongs to the ad account you're working in. Switch accounts to see another account's creatives.
- Content Managers can use Creatives. See Roles and permissions.
- In the campaign builder, the Add Ads wizard picks from this same library. See Add ads.
