Home is the first screen you see in Koast. It tells you what needs you today, lets you approve what your Agent Tasks want to do, and shows how every ad account is spending.

The top of the page

The greeting says good morning, afternoon or evening, and the line under it sums up your day: how many sign-offs are waiting, how many Agent Tasks are running and, when there's been spend, how much.

Under it is the agent composer. Type a question, or click one of the nine report chips such as Triage the account or Today's Pulse. Either way, Koast opens the full-page agent with your question in a new chat. See One-click reports.

Tracking

On a Koast ad account, the Tracking card appears only when your pixel needs attention: when Koast hasn't detected it, when it only tracks page views, or when it's been quiet for more than 7 days. Select Set up tracking to fix it. A healthy pixel shows no card.

Needs attention

Alerts that need you. Select Dismiss once you've dealt with one.

If the charge for a Koast ad account's ad spend fails, you'll see Your ads have stopped: payment failed: its campaigns have stopped spending. Make sure the card has funds, or change it, then select Retry payment, or Contact support if it keeps failing.

Needs your sign-off

Actions your Agent Tasks are waiting to run, such as a pause or a budget change that needs approval. Select the chevron at the end of a row to see what will happen, then Approve or Decline.

Portfolio

One row per ad account, with Spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, Results, CPM and a 30-day change, and an All accounts total at the bottom. ROAS and the change column stay blank for now. The date picker starts on Last 30 Days.

Click an account's row to switch to that account and open its Ads Manager.

If Koast can't load your accounts, you'll see "We could not load your ad accounts. This is a temporary problem, not a disconnection." with a Retry button. Your accounts are still connected.

Scheduled

The Agent Tasks that run on a schedule, with each one's next run time, for example "Tomorrow 9:00 AM". With none set up, you'll see No scheduled runs yet and a New schedule button. Both take you to Agent Tasks. See Scheduled agent flows.

Good to know

• Portfolio lists every ad account you have access to, one row each. If an account has more than one connection, you see its default.
• An ad account with no connection still gets a row, sorted to the top, so you can see what needs fixing.
• Retry payment only appears for a Koast ad account, where Koast bills the ad spend itself.
• View Only teammates can read Home, but Koast refuses an approval or a retry they try to send.
