Plans and what is included
What the Growth and Enterprise plans cost, what comes with each and how ad spend is paid.
There are two plans you can buy, Growth and Enterprise. Both are flat: your plan is never a percentage of your ad spend.
Growth
For smaller teams that set themselves up.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you can't get things running, or your accounts and tech don't work with Koast, message us from the chat bubble and we'll refund you. Refunds aren't handled in the app.
Enterprise
For teams of any size that want it set up for them. Enterprise is scoped to your team on an annual agreement.

To talk about Enterprise, open Settings, then Billing, and select Speak with sales.
Ad spend is separate
Your plan pays for Koast. What you spend on ads is paid separately, and how depends on the ad account:
- Meta ad accounts: you pay Meta directly, with the payment method on your Meta ad account.
- Ad accounts you requested in your Business Manager: you add funds by paying Koast by bank transfer or stablecoins (USDC or USDT). Each payment carries a Koast fee on top of the amount. See Add funds to an ad account in your Business Manager. Once Koast approves it, Meta can charge your own card instead, and Koast takes a fee of 3.5% of the ad spend from a prepaid fee balance. See Pay for an ad account by card. Adding funds and topping up the fee balance need an active paid Koast plan.
Koast Agent and AI images need a paid plan
Koast Agent, AI image generation and the agent's scheduled work come with a paid plan. An organization without one can still try the agent and images on a small free allowance: about $5 of agent use and 30 images, once. That covers the free plan, a cancelled subscription, a trial and a payment that failed.
- When the agent allowance is spent, the agent's send button turns off. Hover it to see why and to Upgrade plan, Update payment or Resume subscription. Your past chats stay readable.
- Agent steps in Agent Tasks only run on a paid plan. They never use the free allowance. Without a paid plan, the run reads Skipped · agent steps need an active paid plan.
- Daily suggestions reviews also need a paid plan. Without one they stop until the plan is active again.

On an earlier plan?
If you signed up on an earlier plan, you keep it. Settings, Billing always shows the plan you're on, its price and your next invoice date. Only the organization's owner can see Billing.
Account settings and appearance
See your profile and activity in Settings, choose which emails Koast sends you, and switch Koast between light and dark.
