Plans and what is included
What the Growth and Enterprise plans cost, what comes with each and how ad spend is paid.
There are two plans you can buy, Growth and Enterprise. Both are flat: Koast never charges a percentage of your ad spend.
Growth
For smaller teams that set themselves up.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you can't get things running, or your accounts and tech don't work with Koast, message us from the chat bubble and we'll refund you. Refunds aren't handled in the app.
Enterprise
For teams of any size that want it set up for them. Enterprise is scoped to your team on an annual agreement.

To talk about Enterprise, open Settings, then Billing, and select Speak with sales.
Ad spend is separate
Your plan pays for Koast. What you spend on ads is paid to the ad platform, and Koast doesn't take a cut:
- Meta ad accounts: you pay Meta directly, with the payment method on your Meta ad account.
- Koast ad accounts, which are provided through our partner Whop: each ad account has its own card, which pays for that account's ads. You add it in Settings, Billing, under Ad spend. See Pay for ad spend on Koast ad accounts.
- Your own Whop account, connected with an API key: you pay Whop directly.
On an earlier plan?
If you signed up on an earlier plan, you keep it. Settings, Billing always shows the plan you're on, its price and your next invoice date. Only the organization's owner can see Billing.
