Importing brings a campaign that's already running on your ad account into Koast. You can then add new ads to it, edit it, and see it next to everything you launched from Koast.

Three ways in

• In Ads Manager, open the caret on + New Campaign and pick Import.
• In the new campaign chooser, pick Import a campaign (Choose a campaign).
• In an empty campaign in the builder, pick Import Campaign.

You can also click any live campaign in Ads Manager. Koast imports it for you and opens it. See Edit a live campaign.

Import campaigns

1. Import an existing campaign opens. If the platform you want to import from isn't connected yet, select Connect Meta first.

2. Pick the ad account to import from. The one you're working in is marked "This batch's ad account".

3. Tick one or more campaigns.

4. Select Import.

5. Watch the progress: "Each campaign is imported into its own batch", with a count of campaigns, ad sets and ads imported. Select Done when it's finished.

Each campaign you import becomes its own draft in the builder. The app still calls it a "batch" in this dialog: that's its older word for a campaign in the builder.

If something couldn't be imported, the dialog lists it, along with any notices from the source platform.

What you can import from where

Meta to Whop is a best-effort draft. Koast keeps the structure, budgets, schedules, targeting and copy, and re-uploads the videos. It drops what belongs to the Meta account (pixel, custom and saved audiences, lead form, catalog, page posts) and shows a notice for each. Pick a conversion event for every ad set before you launch, and fix anything Review & Launch flags.

Good to know

• Importing doesn't change anything on the ad platform. The campaign keeps running as it is.
• Once imported, edits you make are live edits: they go out when you select Publish changes.
