Launch into several ad accounts at once
Launch the same campaign into several ad accounts in one go.
Multi Account Launch sends one campaign to several ad accounts in a single launch. Each account gets its own copy of the campaign, with its own page, pixel and Instagram account.
Before you start
- You need permission to create ads on every ad account you target. If you're missing access on one, the launch fails for that account.
- Anything the campaign uses has to exist on each account. A lead form, a conversion event or a custom audience from one account isn't available on another. If it's missing, the launch fails for that account.
- The target accounts come from the same connection as the ad account you're working in.
Set it up
Open the campaign's settings with Campaign Settings, or pick Multi Account Launch from the campaign's row menu. It only shows on a campaign that isn't live yet.
Turn on the Multi Account Launch switch at the bottom of the drawer.
Under Target Ad Accounts, select Ad Accounts and tick the accounts to launch into.
In Ad Account Assets Overview, pick each account in turn and set its Pixel, Facebook Page and, if you use one, Instagram Account (Optional). Koast fills in each account's defaults where it can.
Check that every account reads READY rather than SELECT ASSETS. The section header counts how many accounts are set up.
Publish as usual. See Review, launch and read the results.
Per-account overrides
Each target account can also have its own destination URL, display link and UTM parameters. Leave them empty to use the campaign's. The conversion event is set per account too, since each pixel has its own events.
After you launch
The launch results show a card per campaign with a fraction such as "2/3" for the accounts done so far. Expand it to see each account with its own status, campaign ID and a View in Ads Manager link. If one account fails, the others still launch.
Good to know
- Where the switch lives. In the builder it's a campaign-level setting. In the older Creatives page flow it's a checkbox in campaign setup, and there you have to pick at least 2 accounts.
- The Creatives page flow gates the checkbox. Its tooltip is You must be an Agency user to use this feature. "Agency" is the app's own older label, not a plan you can buy: the plans are Growth and Enterprise. If the checkbox is greyed out for you, message us. The builder has no such gate.
- Asset problems. If a page or pixel doesn't show for an account, refresh the assets. See Reconnect Facebook and refresh assets.
